As CEO of Fusion Financial Partners, the premier management consulting company for the wealth management industry, Mike leads strategy, growth, positioning, internal leadership, and business operations. Fusion Financial Partners, established in 2017, provides sophisticated RIA launch, transition project management, outsource chief growth officer, M&A/capital solutions, and FinTech solutions to breakaway advisors, existing RIAs, family offices and corporations operating in the wealth management marketspace.

Aaron oversees FusionNetix Cybersecurity solutions. Aaron brings over 30-years of experience in the IT and cybersecurity Industry. He technical skills include expertise on Network+, Security+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, VMWare, HyperV, and CCNA Cisco Certification.
Aaron is also founder, CEO and President of DispatchTech, a cybersecurity-focused consultancy in Southern California. Aaron completed his education at ITT Technical Institute, earning a degree in computers and engineering. After graduation, he furthered his education and technical skills by training on Network+, Security+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, VMWare, HyperV, and obtained a CCNA Cisco Certification. He also Co-Wrote ON-Thin-Ice an Amazon Cyber Security Best seller book. In 2019, he was a guest on Cyber Security Today, which aired on ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox Affiliates. He is on several advisory boards for local Colleges.
Taking on the role of Director of Cybersecurity, Aaron joins FusionNetix to oversee the cybersecurity division and ensure proper precautions are taken and procedures are followed to specification.
David began a career in telecom in 1994 and over the past 25 years has become an expert and influencer within the industry.
Early in his career, David witnessed that poor levels of service and support often plagued the industry. He founded CSG to provide clients and partners with a superior experience. He has stayed at the forefront of emerging technologies to work as a well-informed advocate for the buyer as well as holding vendors accountable. With his leadership, CSG has grown each year since its inception. He and the team strive to provide a white-glove level of service while offering best in class solutions.

A serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry experience, Joseph has worked with and launched several successful web based businesses. His keen business sense and creative approach to problem solving is a great asset to our clients in every stage of their business cycle. Joseph’s long term relationships with industry leaders such as Google and Facebook allow our clients to have an intimate view of the ever changing online landscape. When not helping clients, Joseph resides in Carlsbad, California with his wife and four children.
